A business email address uses your domain name, such as hello@yourbusiness.com. It helps your business look more professional and trustworthy.
Step 1: Log in to your hosting control panel
Access your hosting account through the Orion Host Client Area.

Step 2: Find the Email Accounts section
Inside your control panel, look for Email Accounts.
Step 3: Create a new email address
Choose the email name you want, such as info, support, contact, or your personal name.
Example:
hello@yourbusiness.com
Step 4: Set a strong password
Use a secure password with letters, numbers, and symbols.
Step 5: Choose mailbox storage
Select the storage limit for the email account, if required.
Step 6: Save the email account
Click Create or Save to finish setup.
Step 7: Access your email
You can access your email through webmail or connect it to apps like Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
Important:
Keep your email password secure and avoid using the same password across multiple accounts.
